Scratches and surface wear
Repairable surface damage can be prepared, filled where suitable and color matched. Deep cuts and damage in high-tension areas need a different assessment from light scratches.
Mobile leather & vinyl repair
Scratches, worn cushions and fading do not always mean replacing a whole sofa. We assess the material and damage first, then restore repairable leather and vinyl at your home whenever the job allows.
After
BeforeWhat we assess
One close-up rarely shows whether a localized repair will look right. A full-item photo reveals the overall color, surrounding wear and how the damaged area meets the rest of the upholstery. We look for fading, coating failure, scratches, split seams and signs that the material itself is weakening. That assessment helps decide whether to blend a small area, recolor a larger section or discuss replacement material.
Repair scope
Repairable surface damage can be prepared, filled where suitable and color matched. Deep cuts and damage in high-tension areas need a different assessment from light scratches.
A finish can age unevenly between cushions, arms and the back. The repair area needs to be planned around those differences so a freshly colored spot does not stand out unnecessarily.
A seam opening is not the same as a torn panel. Access to the stitching and the condition of the leather determine whether sewing, reinforcement or material replacement is appropriate.
Before the visit
Text a photo of the complete sofa or chair, two or three daylight close-ups and your city. Include the furniture label if available. For condos, confirm parking, loading and contractor access. Please also mention previous cleaners, dyes or repair products used on the damaged area.
Before you book
Most cosmetic restoration is completed at the furniture’s location. Sewing and replacement material may require a different setup; that is discussed before the appointment.
Often, if the underlying material is repairable and the surrounding finish allows a natural blend. We may recommend a larger area when one newly colored cushion would contrast sharply with the rest of the sofa.
The result depends on depth, texture and material strength. Photos let us give an initial assessment, but we avoid guaranteeing an invisible repair before examining the surface.
